What Should Users Do?

If you own any of the devices listed above, the phone will continue to function normally after support ends. However, from a security and long-term usability perspective, users should consider:

  • Avoiding sensitive activities like banking apps after EoL
  • Keeping apps updated as long as possible
  • Planning an upgrade to a newer Xiaomi, Redmi, or POCO device with longer software support
