Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, has surfaced on the Geekbench benchmark database, revealing key performance details ahead of its official launch. The listing confirms that Xiaomi is once again aiming for top-tier performance in its Ultra series, powered by Qualcomm’s latest flagship chipset and running the newest Android version.
Xiaomi 17 Ultra Geekbench Scores Revealed
According to the Geekbench database, the device appeared under the model number 2512BPNDAC, clearly associated with the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. In benchmark testing, the phone managed to score an impressive 3,559 points in the single-core test and 10,854 points in the multi-core test.
The benchmark data further reveals that the Xiaomi 17 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with the Adreno 840 GPU. This powerful combination is expected to deliver a significant boost in graphics performance, making the device ideal for high-end gaming, advanced AI processing, and demanding graphical workloads.

The Adreno 840 GPU should also bring improvements in power efficiency, ray-tracing support, and smoother frame rates compared to the previous generation, strengthening the Xiaomi 17 Ultra’s position as a true flagship contender.
The Geekbench listing also confirms that the Xiaomi 17 Ultra was tested with at least 12GB of RAM, which has now become standard for Xiaomi’s Ultra lineup. This large memory capacity will significantly improve multitasking performance, background app management, and system stability.
More importantly, the benchmark data reveals that the device is running Android 16, making it one of the first Xiaomi smartphones to ship with the latest Android version out of the box. Android 16 is expected to bring improved AI features, better power efficiency, enhanced privacy controls, and smoother system animations.
With flagship-level Geekbench scores, 12GB RAM, and Android 16 support, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra is shaping up to be a performance-focused premium smartphone. These early benchmark results strongly indicate that the device will compete directly with other Ultra-tier flagships expected in 2026.
While Xiaomi has officially confirmed the launch date, pricing information for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra has not been revealed yet. The company is expected to announce official pricing during the launch event on December 25, alongside details about storage variants and regional availability.
