The Xiaomi Pad 7 has officially begun receiving theHyperOS 3 update in India, marking a major upgrade for Xiaomi’s popular mid-range tablet series. This rollout brings the latest Android 16–based HyperOS features, improved UI design, better animations, and enhanced performance to the device.
The update is currently a Partial Release, meaning only a limited batch of users will receive it initially. Once Xiaomi verifies stability, the rollout will expand to all Xiaomi Pad 7 units across India.
Update Details:
- Version: 3.0.1.0.WOZMIXM
- Size: 6.2GB
- Type: Partial Release

This is one of the most anticipated updates for Xiaomi Pad 7 users, as the HyperOS 3 interface introduces a sharper visual experience, smoother multitasking, an updated control center, improved system scheduling, better RAM management, and enhanced battery efficiency—features that tablets benefit from greatly due to their larger displays and productivity-oriented use.
With HyperOS 3, users can expect:
- More fluid animations, especially when switching apps or using split-screen
- Enhanced system stability and reduced background lag
- Improved touch responsiveness
- Optimized battery usage during long work or entertainment sessions
- Refreshed system UI with modern icons and dynamic effects
- Better compatibility with Xiaomi ecosystem features, such as cross-device clipboard, photo sharing, and connection prompts
Because the update is rolling out in stages, not everyone will receive it immediately. Users who do not see the update can check manually by navigating to:
Settings → About Tablet → HyperOS Version → Check for Updates
If it doesn’t appear yet, it should arrive soon as the phased rollout continues across the coming days.
